Poster Presentations (Tuesday 23 March – Thursday 25 March)
- Posters will be displayed towards the rear of the Arena at the ACC.
- Poster boards will be 1m high x 2m wide, displays should be NO LARGER than 950mm high x 1950mm wide.
- Posters should be erected from 09.30 on the morning of the allocated presentation day and must be removed before exhibition close on the same day (Tuesday 23 March 17.00, Wednesday 24 March 17.00, Thursday 25 March 16.30.) The Conference Secretariat will not be responsible for any posters that are not collected at the appropriate time.
- The text of the poster should be concise and easily read at a distance of 2m. We recommend lettering of 6mm height or greater Diagrams should be kept simple. A brief statement of the aims of the research and its result should be included in a prominent position.
- Please ensure that your poster is erected on the board corresponding to your abstract number in the programme.
- Posters must be securely attached to the display boards with velcro which will be provided.
- Presenting authors of posters must be present at their posters during the lunch period (12.30 – 14.00).
- Failure to present on the day may result in automatic rejection of future submissions.
- Posters must be brought to the Conference (DO NOT mail them to the Conference Secretariat).
- Poster rounds will be arranged and you will be notified in due course.
Plenary Poster Presentations
All plenary posters are to be displayed on Tuesday 23 March and Wednesday 24 March. You or a co-author must be present at the exhibit on both days between 12.30 and 14.00.
Other Poster Presentations
Your poster must be on display on your allocated day of presentation. You or a co-author must be present at the exhibit on both days between 12.30 and 14.00
