Catering Facilities
Tea & Coffee:
Refreshments are included in the registration fee and will be served in the exhibition area. On the Monday of the conference, refreshments will be served in Hall 3.
Lunches:
Cash–catering will be available at the conference in Hall 3 on the Monday and in the exhibition halls from Tuesday-Thursday. A variety of hot and cold options will be available for purchase with a sandwich bar, salad bar, hot wok, tapas and hot carved sandwiches on offer, as well as hot and cold beverages and desserts.
In addition, there is a small café inside the Galleria, which offers a tasty daily range of fresh sandwiches and snacks along with a selection of drinks.
Business centre
Located on Galleria Level, this includes 6 work stations, fax facilities, photocopier, binding, laminating, point to order couriers. All facilities are chargeable. The business centre is open 09.00 – 17.30 Monday – Friday.

Cloakroom / left luggage
A cloakroom with left luggage facilities will be available for the duration of the congress.
